For shipping inside the UK (incl Northern Ireland) we use Royal Mail first class. Please contact us for International and Express delivery services and related additional costs.
We offer free postage & packing for a Standard delivery (inside the UK) service of one or more items to one address.
On occasions orders may incur additional delivery charges, for example due to the delivery address being in a remote area or due to mistakes and/or changes in the delivery address details provided by you. We will contact you as soon as we have been made aware of any additional delivery charges.
Please allow 5-10 working days for Standard delivery; in many cases it will be less. Our weekly dispatch day is every Friday.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent notifying you of an estimated delivery date.
Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by us (please note this does not apply when you are returning non-faulty goods back to us). If your item arrives damaged, please do not open it and leave everything exactly as it was delivered to you. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a return.
If your pitem has not arrived within the specified time please also contact us immediately.
If, for some reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you as soon as we can to make alternative arrangements.
